  I can't even begin to tell what a nightmare I went through with this place. I initially found this salon on Groupon and the ratings looked reasonable so did the prices. I called to make an appointment and the owner adviced me not to buy the Groupon and that she would honor the same price if I walked in. When I went in she made me sign bunch of paperwork, later I found out she even over charged me for the glaze, so she didn't keep her original promise to honor the Groupon deal. She made me sit with Nicole, it was literally before noon time and she smelled like vodka. I asked for a very small caramel color change around my face frame and mentioned to her how dry, thin and brittle my hair was just so she would go easy on it. I couldn't tell what she was doing at the back of my head but this lady bleached all over my hair. I continued showing her the image just to make sure she was following my request and she reassured me that it was going to turn out as the image. At the end, she had bleached so much of my hair that I had no low lights in the front or the back of my hair. I also asked her to trim off the tips of my hair; she ended up cutting so much layers and cut so wide around my face frame that my tiny hair was thinner than ever before. When I went home I realized my hair was a bright yellow color so I ended up going back to get it fixed. Although I was confirmed for 11 am, the owner took me in at 1pm. Again, Nicole smelled like vodka, there was no one else there so I had no choice but to sit with her. I showed the picture of Jessica Biel faceframing ombre and told her that my hair was way too light compared to the caramel colors in the photo. She argued with me and insisted that Jessica Biel has blonde hair. Regardless, she ended up putting some lowlights at the back of my hair and when it came to blow drying my hair she asked the owner to take over. The owner was just as rude, even though the place was deserted she didnt want to deal with me so she literally ran her hands through my hair twice and told me that she was done. The excessive bleach made my brittle hair burn all around. Its been over 6 months now and I still havent been able to restore my hair anywhere near healthy. Dont get fooled by a few good comments, I recommend you staying away from amateur work.

  Been two weeks now since my Brazilian was and I’m still have trouble with painful bumps and irritation. I’ve never had discomfort from a wax last more than a day so I’m definitely mentioning this to my doctor next week and hoping I don’t have some kind of skin infection

  In my opinion, this salon deserves no stars. I had the worst experience of my life at a salon.I found this on Groupon and the reviews weren't so bad. So, I made an appointment for a Balayage and "a trim". So I wanted a Carmel color which I knew would be hard with dark brown and reddish color that was already in my hair. I understood the process and was aware that I may not get the color that I was requesting. So after discussion, we gave it a try. So my hair grows uneven with the back shorter and the left and right side of hair not the same length.I told her that the shortest that I will go will be my shoulders and we agreed on it. As she was cutting my hair, I had a bad feeling she was cutting off more than we discussed. When she was done, my hair was to my chin. I was crying because it was so short and the lady that cut my hair didn't care at all or apologize.Then asked if I wanted layers knowing how short my hair was and how upset I was. I was literally crying the whole time. My hair looks like a boy with a bob look. The cut wasn't even stylish or trendy and she cut the back shorter than the front. Then my hair color came out orange and then glazed it to a dark brown. I was in there for over 4 hours to look like something I could have did from a hair dye box and still could of had my length. The part that made me upset the most was, they were trying to convince me that my hair length was to my shoulders and not my chin and it's clearly to my chin. Then kept saying my hair would look longer after it was blown out and it definitely was still at chin length. She blew it out with no style and it look absolutely terrible. Then Ruba charged me 99 dollars for the worst job that I have ever received knowing how unhappy I was. I shouldn't have paid it. It was very bad business to charge me after Ruba promised me that she wouldn't let me leave unhappy. I can't believe someone would treat their customers like that.

  I don't usually give reviews but I had a great experience..i wanted to do something different with my hair so Madison was great she gave me Bolyage.loved the way she did my hair and color came out great..thank you so much..everyone was really nice and accommodating. Salon is very nice and clean.
