  Please train your employees to remove "Sales" price tags as soon as the sale is over. I attempted to purchase hair dye and the sale stated that if you bought 3 of the same item, you'd get 1 free. As they're ringing me up, they tell me that the sale was over "last month".......the sale was over 5 days ago...why the heck is it still up? False advertisement much? I know the employees are busy on their phones, talking and ignoring their customers, and doing practically nothing....but would it possible to train them to do their job? How hard is it to follow protocol? Oh and work on that customer service. Employee with long curly black hair is so rude. Please remind them that the reason they have a paycheck is because of our purchases.

  I experience the worse customer service ever, I ask for help, and the employees ignore me, when I arrived to to the register to pay for merchandise they change the prize that is mark, so I left without purchasing anything. Need better service, and train your employees.

  Worst costumer service!!!! I would give zero stars!!! I much rather go to south gate or pico Rivera for a Sally's don't come here!!!! All the girls are either rude or don't help you at all.
