  I’ve tried several times to call the store to see if they have a product and I get hung up on every time.

  My wife spends a lot of money at Sally's each month & she is a club member sense 2008. She purchased a couple bottles of T-12 toner after a employee suggested that shade and brand to her, it was way off and she wasn't happy with it at all. We are aware of Sally's "Love it or return it" guarantee, so no big deal RIGHT? well WRONG !!!! She had me to take it to the Sir Barton Way Sally's this morning and after telling Kayla ( who was very very nice, friendly, helpful and apologetic) what was wrong with it and giving her the receipt she explained to me that her manager does not honor the guarantee if the bottle is empty, WHAT???? the policy isn't "Love it or Return it unless the bottle is empty" with the toner she bought the directions says to use the contents with 2 parts of 20 developer, so how do you know if you like it if you don't use it. I told her that she didn't love it or like it actually she hated it, and she apologized and said her managers wouldn't let them do it. I ask her managers name which is Michelle Burke, and she told me that she was at another store training another manager which is a scary thought sense she doesn't follow Sally's policy's. So I called corporate while setting in front of her store and explained to them what the situation was and the lady from corporate very nice and was shocked when she heard that Michelle had her own policy but after a phone call to the store I received my refund, and why not because number 1 they do have a Love it or return it policy and number 2 my wife has to pay more money to color her hair the color she wants it, so Thank You Kayla and Sally's corporate office, and Michelle well nevermind.

  The employees are rude and very unprofessional. I came in and there was an elderly lady walking around looking for an employee and they we're in the back talking. When I told the one I could see that someone is waiting to check out she's says " I know, I could see her on camera." Then why didn't you attend to her? Then she was rude and ignoring me after that. I asked where are the curl activators and she's says " We only have one" and then immediately starts talking to the other employee again with out even try I to help me. I just walked out. Those employees give Sally's a bad name and I will definitely not be spending a dime there, and will never go back.
