::Biggest complaint- rude cashier. First off, I wasn't greeted when I came in. I was never asked if I needed help. Luckily, I knew exactly what I wanted. My niece however was looking for something different: dry shampoo. She went to find someone because again, no one asked if we needed help or greeted us. It was her first time buying dry shampoo so she had no idea what to look for and the lady didn't even offer advice or ask if she was looking for a specific brand etc etc. Not cool. During checkout, I had an oops and misread the ad ( sale ended first week of the month) but it was the attitude and tone in which she told me that information that was rude. You're supposed to say "I'm sorry, that sale ended on the 7th" or something of that sort. After checkout I realized she didn't offer the free tote with $49+ purchase. I brought it up to her and you could just see it in her eyes that she was irritated with me. She immediately asked for the receipt to "double check". Yes, we spent over $49... So that means we get the tote bag!!! Then she was just like "oh , well, go pick one" ... Ugh! The store was clean, checkout was simple. I wasn't pressured into buying the sale items at the counter. Conclusion: Research what you want to get first. Unless you like begging for help and receiving attitude from employees.

::This place is always packed, but if your looking for beauty supplies this is a decent place to shop.
