  The staff are not very helpful or courteous. There’s never more than two customers in there at a time but I still wait forever for assistance.

  Very helpful workers great selection of products also a very well organized store and always very welcoming and clean by far the best sallys

  Worst experience, to be followed around the store and watch is really sad. We live in a world where we are still judged and stereotyped by our skin color. Restaff or retrain!

  Very knowledgeable staff. Nine times out of ten, they've been able to answer my questions about products or hair care in general. Awesome selection of dyes, nail polish, and tools. The prices are pretty average -- sometimes a product will be fifty cents or a dollar more than it would be at Target, but I don't mind. It's worth it to be able to ask for advice from staff.

  Extremely rude sales girls. We waited over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, while the girl just stood there doing nothing in the empty store. Finally got help, chose my products and was then informed they couldn't take a hundred dollar bill because they didn't have the correct change, without ever opening the register to see. I informed them that's all I had, and was told sorry we can't help you. Will never get my business again.
