  I have had the opportunity of interning at Salient Architects as an Engineer Intern. My time spent there was amazing and I felt like I learned a great deal from the owner, project manager, and other associates. No matter the project or task, I learned something new which not only contributed to my fundamental understanding of technical knowledge but it also helped me grow professionally. I too believe Salient is a true leader in the Telecomm industry and is extremely philanthropic. Salient Architects not only assisted the local schools with teaching students about career development options, but it also assisted a local Teaneck family with construction drawings for their house after it had unfortunately burned down. This company has a significant presence in the community and is committed to caring for its customers.

  DO NOT WORK HERE. Project manager treats employees horribly. The person that raved about his experience working here is a longtime friend of the project manager. This place thinks that they are profession when they are really not. The owner is a nice guy however he is not good with mentoring new employees and cannot seem to keep the project managers attitude in check. This place is all no frills and doesn’t care about their employees well being. One person lasted only a week because she could not handle the project managers attitude. So glad that I have moved onto a place where I am actually treated like a human being without all the bs attitude.
