  A different breed of real estate attorney, he is fabulous. He guided us through the home sale and condo purchase for my parents 5 years ago. Now he is doing 4 transactions for us: my home sale/purchase, and my parents' sale/purchase. His past experience as a financial analyst came in to play when he warned us about red flags in the financials of two different buildings my parents were going to buy. It is a relief to know that he can spot these things that could fly under the radar of someone without this financial background. He is also friendly and pleasant to deal with, and is easy to contact when you need to discuss something.
