  The ultimate depiction of a "pit of misery" around. Employees are obviously treated like scum there, you can see it on their faces. The store has a very negative vibe in it and all the good mood you might have had will be sucked out of you there. Unless you are into watching people suffer. Also, the stuff they sell usually falls apart in no time. Just go to competitors, they are right across the street.

  Great store and good prices, but much more difficult to find something decent than at a regular Saks.

  Every time I go here, I find some deal too good to refuse. The customer service has always been good. They could do a better job getting more employees to the registers when there is a difficult shopper causing delays, or when there is a long enough line to demand another cashier.
