  Amazing staff and great customer service in all departments. I was buying make up for my girlfriend and the gentleman in that section was extremely helpful. When he didnt have what I was looking for he help me find another place that could.

  Terrible customer service in the men’s shoe department specifically. If you aren't wearing a mon cler or canada goose you might as well not even bother going in. An employee was standing right and front of me and i said “excuse me” and he continued to ignore me and i waved the shoe from where i was sitting to get his attention and he just put his hand up at me. He was acting way too entitled as an EMPLOYEE of saks not a shopper.

  Ask for Fern in Cosmetics, Cle De Peau, girl is helpful whenever you need it. I Have a busy schedule and before the time I get to the store all my items are bagged and ready. I worked with a couple other associates at this location and they were a bit rushy. Fern is now my go to person. Thanks you!
