  An amazing store with super helpful and really awesome customer service! Check out the Miu Miu boutique, as well as the fragrance department, skin creams, Dior makeup section and the clothing department upstairs. Stephie, Zee, Amanda and Brandon at Miu Miu are truly great customer service agents, as are Christian and Luz in bags. Elvis and Jesus make your trip to the fragrance section more than worth it, as do all of the other wonderful employees at Saks Fifth Avenue! Brenda, Georgette and all the beautiful ladies also offer the best of Saks Fifth Avenue.

  I really hate to go to saks Fifth Ave. at Dadeland Mall, not for the merchandise, but for the treatment I get from some employees. Dior counter representative: Marines need to polish her english, her attitute and her emotional IQ towards customers. I suggest she integrates to America's retail system. Understanding the process will make her sale goals and costumer treatment more efficient. We go to shop not to be abuse and mistreated by this kind of costumer service. Appalling that a high end store ends with this kind of representation. I have already started shopping at Norstrom and Bloomingdales were i get treated better. Again the 1 star is not for the store itself but for the employees ....next

  Love visiting this store have all high end brands available, every time i need something i visit them and they help me out 100%

  The Fur Salon. I’d give zero stars if it were possible. They might hire people who understand English or know what fur looks like. Fox is so easy to recognize, honestly.

  Employees stalk you around the store and judge you on appearence. Lady in gucci section was supper annoying following my girl and I everywhere like if we were to steal. One of the main reasons i did not buy there. Left and bought shoes and cloths at Macys. The employees also like to close the store before actual closing time.
