  I've been going to the flushing store for years so expected the same experience at their Manhattan location. But I was wrong. When I called to book the appointment, the person on the phone was very rude. I had doubts on whether I should go after the call but finally decided to go. So due to delay on the D train I was 30 mins late, they firstly said I can't have the appoint any more which is fine, but as I was leaving one lady asked me to wait so that she can call her later customers to check if they are still coming and maybe I can keep my appointment. So she went in and I waited.... For 20 mins... Eventually I went in to ask how much longer I need to wait, turns out she never made the phone call. She was rude and said she's busy. Absolutely not acceptable to treat your customer this way. Will not come back.
