  New signage, reduced menu and rearranged dining room did not improve this restaurant. A Fiji water bottle seemingly filled with urine was right by the front door - I made a complaint, but it was still there when I left. The bathroom is still dilapidated and permeated with urine stench. The menu has been reduced to a single sheet of paper. I ordered fresh spring rolls that fell apart after the first bite. The grilled shrimp vermicelli salad was also a let down. The shrimp we're a strange, bright red as of marinated, yet they managed to be tasteless. The only thing that impressed me was the new cups and the pitcher of water with orange and lime slices...but... I'm not sure how many times the pitcher had been filled though, because the water was actually tasteless. Last but not least, although she was kind, I literally had to pantomime for my server to understand my request for a to go container for the spring roll sauce. I'd rather have continued to avoid the bathrooms and cope with dated decor if it meant I could order from the old, wide variety menu of flavorful dishes and have English speaking staff. In summary, epic fail attempt at an "upgrade".

  Amazing food! One of the best in area. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. The Pho is huge. The only minor flaw is the beef ball. Take a pass on that... Taste ok but kinda spongy. Two people can actually share it. The curry soup with chicken can't be missed. They serve it warm French bread and it is really delicious. Will be back to try the papaya salad and other items on the menu.

  This place is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Sacramento. Everything is super fresh and tasty. Bring your stretchy pants cause you will be leaving full.

  Staff is so freindly and welcoming. Clean with plenty of seating available and no long waits. Food is very fresh, ingredients are good quality. Portions are big but not oversized and wasteful. Price points are very affordable. Good place to go if you want to bring a large party. Excellent for staying a while and not feel rushed out the door.

  Was excited and surprised to come in and find new management. The place has a great interior and outerior upgrade. The food tastes great and the young coconut juice is great and fresh. The service is also FANTASTIC. We received our food in less than 15 minutes and our server was friendly and prompt. It was a VERY nice surprise to come in and find they'd taken over and I've loved every minute of it. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Highly impressed. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.
