  This is the WORST nail place in DC. Stay away. They don't use clean utensils and they don't scrub the pedicure basin in between uses or provide hygienic plastic. The owner is also beyond rude to customers. Today she told me it would only be a 5 minute wait for a pedicure, but she didn't take me for 20 minutes. Then she was in such a hurry that she cut a hangnail too deeply and pulled it making me bleed significantly. She didn't care at all that I was very concerned by the blood. I told her I expected my money back, and she refused and started yelling at me! I have been a regular customer for years, but she didn't care about losing me . I will never go back and suggest you don't either! The place also smells horribly of chemicals with no ventilation.

  Although there was only one person attending the customer, she took time to do what was needed and did it properly.

  So, went in there today to get a full set. There were three employees there, and only one of them were occupied. When I asked for the full set the one who was occupied waved her hands away at me and said, "go next door, I'm busy." Mind you, next door at Revolt was closed. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
