  This is a real review from a client! My husband and I have been members for about 10 months and we could not say enough great things about Sage Exclusive Fitness and their staff. We have worked with Brandon from the start and while we initially found it difficult to complete the assigned exercises, he always encourages us to get the most of each session. Even though he still kicks our butts, we now feel more confident and not only see progress but more importantly feel it. Yes, it's true what everyone else says, during every session you will do different exercises making it all the more interesting, not like you are completing a very structured fitness class. I have to say everyone is friendly, professional and from what I've seen accommodating to your schedule. I can only speak for the Whitestone location as I have never visited others, but the facility itself is very clean and has an outdoor area! SIGN UP! Summer is around the corner...

  As a client of Sage Fitness for many years, I can say they have the most amazing certified personal trainers that have the ability to instill confidence and motivation in their workouts which are always challenging and never the same, so you never get bored. They strive to push clients through rigorous workouts to achieve their goals and have them leaving Sage Fitness feeling more fit, stronger and better about yourself.

  As someone who has been going to gyms since I was a teenager- I can honestly say that Sage is the best fitness experience I have ever had. After having my 2nd child I struggled with losing weight. Within 4 months- I lost 45 pounds through their intense workouts and nutrition consulting. The owner- Jordan, and his staff truly care about their clients and make sure they reach, and then exceed, their fitness goals. I have been coming to Sage for almost 3 years now and every session has been different. Sage is money well spent- you will see quick results, and will look- and more importantly FEEL- so much better!

  Intimate space with nice equipment, the trainers are well educated, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their field. The workouts are ever changing and engaging so repetition and boredom is avoided, and the outdoor space is blessing in the nice weather. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to feel at home but are willing to work your butt off while youre there. Oh, and easy no-meter street parking!

  5.0 star rating 2/26/2017 Sage is the perfect combination of fitness, motivation, and most important, making it FUN. I have been a client for close to 3 years, and I am in the best shape of my life. There is a tremendous value proposition: you get various workouts tailored to your specific situation & you leave feeling great about yourself. The trainers are extremely knowledgable with respect to cardiovascular training, weight training, core exercises, stretching, nutrition and injury prevention. Very important to add that the staff is remarkable. They display passion and will help you achieve goals even where the path is not easy, clear or guaranteed. I also value the caring and supportive community.
