  They will make you wait if you need something from the locked products.... it sucks. I waited 25 minutes for assistance. I'll go somewhere else next time.

  They're pretty good. Staff have returned my phone calls, they will do things like print out all your Rx for last year. The text messaging interface to refill prescriptions works well, but for a new order it doesn't seem to text you the Rx is ready.

  Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Don't go here! I've been trying to get a simple prescription for over a week, and still don't have it.

  Its close to the front so easy to get to. I ended up waiting an hour for my prescription after they said it would only be 20 minutes. They were nice though. I appreciated their great customer service so I didn't mind the extra wait.

  This pharmacy never answers the phone, like EVER. I'm not sure if there is a perpetual line at this place, but if I call and need to speak with a staff member NOT ONCE have they ever picked up. When I go in to get my scrip there is never a line which is good, but it makes me wonder why nobody can answer the darn phone? The staff members are never busy but still seem impatient to help you. Only go here if you can't go anywhere else.
