  I like this Safeway but I don’t know what happens with the black woman at express number 10! She's impolite! Wrong person for customer service! Especially in the morning! Everyone deserves to start the day with a simile.

  One of the nicer Safeways. I miss the other manager. My daughter and I stopped there after a doctor appointment. This is the safeway I shopped at for 8 years. I am now a disabled senior. Still my favorite safeway

  One of the shadiest and dangerous safeways to shop at The security guards are always wearing body armor and packing like they're headed to war How does this have 4 stars???? Ya'll crazy

  This is not a gigantic Safeway, (like Rockridge), but as such, they are usually quick and convenient for most of your basic groceries, & they are open until midnight, when you can usually get in and out without having to wait in lines, find parking, deal with crowds, it traffic! I just discovered the Safeway "app", and it's kind of like a video game, (attractive user interface, easy to follow tabs and headings, & as you navigate through the aisles, it's worthwhile clicking on the bargains and deals for the stuff you were going to get anyway, with bonus "freebies" for stuff you would've got before the days when groceries and gas became luxury items! 😀

  FYI, for home health workers; they allow people to use the restroom. I also love to get lunch here because they have Boar’s head meat which doesn’t have all the preservatives.
