  They are getting better at hiding the rotten meat in the center of the hand packed hamburger packages, but they're still doing it. This meat says it was packaged today, yet the center is full of grey, SOUR SMELLING meat! This actually looks better than what I eventually found, it was in even thicker concentration once I started trying to pick it out. 2 years I've been living here, they been doing this! I'm calling Safeway corporate and seeing if they are telling these stores to do this, or if it's just this location. This is disgusting! I wouldn't be surprised if they are making people sick. And if they haven't, they're going to!

  The customer service was great and I must highlight that the deli was well tended to by staff. Didn't have to stand around in Hope's that someone would help me out at the counter. Keeps me coming back.

  It's not a bad store. The produce is typically fresh and everything is usually in stock. However, everything here is more expensive than the competition. Unless you're talented at coupon clipping, you'll save money by going a little further down the street. And the lack of self checkout with only 2 lines open at any time, you'll probably save time by going elsewhere too.

  This is always a pleasant store to shop here however I have noticed the fried chicken has not been up to the level that it was it was Prior becoming a Safeway
