  DECEPTIVE!!!! I highly do not recommend this store. He asked me to pay $455 just to break my lock and replace it by new one!!!! while he communicated different prices over the phone! $185 only for new lock and it was normal one not even the highly secure one!!!!! $170 to break the lock and $65 for emergency call plus $35 taxes!!!! He took benefit from the fact that I was new in the country and had no idea on market prices.... I called him to get back a part of my money but he refused...I feel so ripped !!

  Paid over $200 to have two of my deadbolts REMOVED. $90 for service and $120 (@ $60 each). Feel so ripped off. Also, bought an overpriced Duster Buster from here too. Only used them because I lived around the corner.

  Was charged $272 (with tax) and quoted $160 over phone to drill a hole in my bedroom doorknob. I could have done the same and booked a hotel room for the evening. Don't request unless absolute emergency - total waste of money.

  I wish I could choose zero stars. Terrible business practices. I went in to purchase a product- brought an example of exactly what I needed- asked over and over if they were selling me the same product. I was promised it was the same product. Well I came home and it was not. I went to return it and they would not give me my money back claiming that their system does not allow refunds. They did give me a store credit, but I do not shop in hardware stores and will never have a use for this credit. This was clearly completely unethical considering I brought in an example of the product I needed and the owner even said he remembered me coming in. What kind of sham business is this? NEVER SHOP HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! You are better off shopping on Amazon where every product is 50% cheaper anyway.
