  So it's been a full week working in the concealment carrier and armor. I bought 2 carriers it as a secondary backup to my GH Industries armor for the summer. Out the box biggest difference is it's lighter and thinner, and the shoulder straps are sown to the rear of the carrier and aren't elastic; so they won't stretch over time with repeated daily use. Wearing the armor and carrier, the mesh interior definitely allows it to breathe better;(not running tactical straps currently, so adding them could cut down airflow). The exterior material used seems to wick or vent water out the the carrier. It also external Trauma plate pockets front and back for that SHTF situation, and you can insert them without removing the vest. The fit is standard vest sizes; for me the range of motion feels like it has increased(thinner armor & carrier). Overall it's been great

  Recieved my modified first response carrier from SLD, great quality and a great product. I initially ordered 1 carrier as a trial basis and as Owner of Yuma Metro Patrol Security based out of Yuma, AZ I will be ordering more carriers from Nick and his team. Although I am wondering if they are going to make the first response modified carrier in tan.

  HORRIBLE customer service all the way up to the president of the company. Order still hasn’t arrived after 15 days - leaving paramedic unprotected and out of work because can’t bid for shifts without proper uniform and attire. Asked for $200 refund on a $500 order and nick refused. Never order from them - they DO NOT CARE

  1000% completely satisfied with the purchase of my first Bullet Proof Vest. Walked right into the warehouse and was approached by the owner Nick.
