  UPDATE (1+ years after enrollment): My son LOVES his instructor (Danielle) who is AMAZING with kids. She is so patient and understands his learning level. His progress is slow, but he is really loving his time there. He has improved in breathing times underwater, kicking and floating. There is a lot of work to be done, but it is well worth it. The staff is still wonderful, and accommodating. I wouldn't go elsewhere. My son joined their school at 4 months and we got instructor Teddy. He is wonderful. Amazing, patient with Gabriel crying all through the lesson, and professional. They made every effort to accommodate schedule changes I needed when I got sick once, and had to travel once. The staff I met with works with you to try and accommodate your needs. I'll keep my review updated with my son's progress after he reaches the 6 month mark, but overall, I really appreciate their kindness. Yes, there some young staff that might not be the best at communicating or understanding customer requests, but there are managers who are on hand to assist if need be. I met some parents who have been brining their kids here for years, and love it here too. Overall, I'm happy with my experience.

  My son was unable to swim but the instructors here are very patient and now my son is confident that he can swim.

  So I was really excited and looking forward for my daughter's first swimming class. I got there and someone at the front desk without enthusiasm just told me the instructor was inside. This person never gave me a tour from this place since it was my first time there. I was not happy with their customer service, my daughter took three classes so far, she seems to like it, she has a few more classes to take. We are not sure whether keeping her or switching her to another place once she's done with the package. We are looking for something more welcoming !!!

  Life guard on her phone the entire time. The pool is a zoo of kids of all ages. Not what I expected at all. And they don't give refunds. Go and check it out before you pay. I wish I did.

  Love the staff here. Friendly and accommodating! Christine and Franklin are excellent and have taught my son a lot!
