  carpet cleaning was scheduled for three hours total. Crew came almost an hour late and it took them SIX hours to complete the work because they took four or more 30 minute breaks. They were supposed to vacuum before and after service, they did not even bring a vacuum with them. They only cleaned around items, they did not move to clean under them. I called to explain the situation to management and they were also very unprofessional and very rude on the phone. Still not sure if the job will be completed like it was supposed to be
