  They remodeled my home and put in very cheap hardwood flooring that began to sliver and splinter within a few months. Although this was covered under my home warranty with them, I have been fighting with them for over 10 months with little to no response. They first said they would replace the hardwood floors, but they were waiting on the supplier to get new flooring. Then they did not respond for months with constant calls and emails from myself and my realtor, and later said they were not responsible for replacing the floor. I had to resend them the home warranty stating their responsibility, and I still have not received a response. I have been dealing directly with the owner through all communications.
