  The arrogance in this place is unbearable! It's like the people working behind the counter are cut from the same cloth as many of the super wealthy ego-maniacs that live in town . . . at least the residents have the success to back up their actions. These are government employees at their worst. They act like issuing you a permit is a blessing and you should kiss their feet for doing you the favor of doing their job. These are people who have never created or built anything that get off on harassing working class people apparently. Be prepared for weeks and months of delays and to jump through hoops like a circus animal. I would personally put 10% additional on to any job in town to cover your time and aggravation.
