  I have been coming here for over a year, everything was great until today, I paid $20.00 to get my car washed and cleaned, the cleaning guys only did the exterior and that was about it. ''if you did not have the whole crew to do a complete wash, why would you charge someone for a service you do not currently have.'' never going back.

  The unlimited pass is good, but your rims are never cleaned. As well they use to open the door and wipe down the inside door remove water to make sure it's clean. They don't now. Once the new owner took over its seem service has gone done.

  I always come here for car washed. Very efficient and people there that shine your car after are really good. Really make the effort for you whether you pay less or more. Plus they have free vacums for your car!

  I came here to get my car washed after the recent snow and I regret everything about that decision. I used to frequent this car wash but haven't been to it since they closed down to renovate. The place does seem to be upgraded but it is only a visual upgrade. It will barely leave your car any cleaner than when you entered. One of the major flaws is that they have stopped offering interior cleaning for your vehicle but their pricing is still practically the same as before. If you think they would provide better exterior cleaning for your car now that it is the only service they offer, you would be wrong. Their machines are so under-powered that there is still residue left over from before the wash. Their crew is so lazy and apathetic that there was barely any service done to my car. There is still plenty of water streaks and soap left on my windows and exterior. They also intentionally avoided cleaning off the bird poop residue that their pathetic machines couldn't wash off. They place more importance on keeping their rags clean rather than cleaning your car. Very ironic. This is the kind of business that cuts corners and still expects you to pay the same price. They do offer free vacuums but that does not even come close to making up for how lacking their wash quality is. I live in the area and they are the closest car wash to me, but I will rather drive the extra time to go to the other car wash further down Market/Essex. This place will not be getting my business again and if you were smart, you wouldn't give them yours either.

  I enjoy going to this car wash. Although they could pay more attention to detail, they do a good job with the wash in general. Employees are very friendly and I just noticed that they did some renovations to the place which will be interesting to check out. Make sure you get there before 5 to use the self-serve vacuum.
