  As an employee of the company I can say that they take great care of us. Our new boss is showing that he has the passenger in mind also.

  You got driver's who yell, curse, threaten, demean passengers, and are all around negative a LOT. A good 55-60% of them need to be replaced with new hires. Black and with an attitude 80% of the time. A good image would be great on these buses with positive people towards the street people. 2.5 stars from me for getting me there. Late 33.3% of the time on arrival then overall early shouldn't happen. There's no route East or West on Elder Creek Rd, nor a stop on 65th there that's covered. What idiot who doesn't even use the bus banned smoking stops? So nice to the wheelchair people until they have one complaint then driver's are eaten up sour patches. I see driver's say ANOTHER 80% of the time, threaten more people to get off the bus more, than they say anything else! You have no reasonably minded people who reflect anything positive to riders in your culture AGAIN 80% OF THE TIME! SACRT should require a degreed associate who're not INCOMPETENT WHEN THEY SPEAK PUBLICLY!

  I want to thank the person and people that was on the watt/I80 train last night at 9:44 pm..i was on there last night and went into a seizure on the train so im sending my thanks and love to the Sacramento regional transit for the help..thank yal so much...

  RT this is the main way I get to work. It is nice for the most part. This location has friendly staff.
