::Picked up a great dining table here! 20% off because it had been there more than 30 days. Paid $45 for it- the table is in pretty good shape and looks like it could have retailed for $500+ at least.

::I had a load clean boxed lighting, building materials, several boxes tile. They said they did not need any of these things and told us to take to the dump.

::Don't waste your time with wanting to do something charitable for this organization. We came here with a trailer load of HVAC duct, electrical, and plumbing supplies. Boxes of new but opened nails and screws, wood, etc. Stuff that had been sitting in our attic for a few years. We hand picked only the good useable material and drove almost 30 minutes across town with our kids ready to help them unload everything. Was told that they pick and choose what they want and if they didn't they'd have a junk yard. All they wanted was the sheet metal. The guy was just plain rude. How about you take the stuff since it was all new but dusty, say "thank you" and then you can pick through it? The guys at the dump were more than happy to take all of our stuff.
