I highly recommend them! Greg was extremely helpful and great person to work with. I would suggest that you check out saccityimports first before going anywhere else. Happy customer 😊😊😊

Greg was extremely helpful, he did not give us the run around like I have experienced with several other dealerships/salesman. He was kind enough to bring the vehicle to us to test drive instead of driving to sacramento. He was honest and upfront about the entire buying process, easiest transaction I have ever had when buying a vehicle. I highly recommend buying from from Sac City Imports, I will be returning in the future and referring others to him.

Update, see below. Original: Visited Cliff last weekend to look at a car. He was extremely low pressure but very open and willing to answer questions. After looking the car over and taking it for a couple of drives we had a couple of requests and he was happy to take care of them. Then when it came to talking he was again low pressure and very helpful. He gave us his best price right off the bat, and it was a fair price. He was then very helpful in finding us a good lender and a solid warranty. We were through everything quickly and enjoyed chatting with him during the process. He even gave us tips on things to watch for on our other vehicle and recommendations on places to eat, we were visiting from out of town. Thanks again Cliff for an awesome experience and your help, we'll definitely be sending friends and family your way! Update: Cliff was great a selling us a car but unfortunately his staff is not very good with paperwork and have failed to follow through on promises. When we bought the car I noticed that the air filter was dirty and the oil change hadn't been performed as was stated in the vehicle inspection sheet, so Cliff agreed to order a new filter and sent the car in for an oil change. It took 3 separate reminders about the air filter and almost 2 months before it finally arrived. A week after we bought the car Cliff called because he had forgot some paperwork and we needed to go into the bank and finish up the loan. Then our car broke down a month after purchasing it. So we tried to get going on the service contract Cliff insisted we "couldn't leave without". He also told us he would give it to us at "employee pricing" (which come to find out was $1800 for a $1200 cost). Well something had happened with the paperwork for our service contract and it had been voided, despite it being paid. After much conversation back and forth our contract was reinstated. It ended up taking over 2 weeks to happen though. Meanwhile we were forced to pay the towing expenses ourselves (we had paid for the roadside assistance and rental car option in the service contract) and I had to borrow a truck from work to commute in. Cliff promised he would do what he could to make it right and that he would get us reimbursed for the towing expenses. He also said that the warranty was not what he intended to sell us and wanted to upgrade the warranty at cost to make up for this experience. He offered me a different "better" warranty but it was going to be a decreased length of time and I was going to have to pay extra for it. I thought Cliff was a great salesman but unfortunately I can't recommend dealing with this company due to issues with paperwork and broken promises.
