  Food is good but not amazing. They brought me flour tortillas when I requested corn. Price and serving size not bad for the Student Union.

  I like to go to Sabor because it's consistently less crowded than other eateries in the main UA "food court" area. I often eat the carne asada burrito, but I'm not sure why. As my photos show, the burrito is made in a way that you can't really grab it and eat it with your hands. Because the burrito is smothered in a way that you just have to use a fork and knife, unless you want to get your hands super messy. Maybe I'm just too accustomed to eating burritos from a foil wrap. Despite this, I'll still go there to eat. I've also eat the salad once and tacos. I think I like the burritos best but am considering trying the shrimp burrito next. I love that, in addition to fountain drinks, they also serve Mexican Coca-Cola.

  As someone who was raised in a Mexican household, for me this food is pretty good non authentic Mexican food. Sabor is my favorite on campus restaurant for three reasons, they're relatively quick, more bang for your buck, and there's an fountain that serves horchata and tamarindo! I will say they do experiment with menu items like chimichangas and tortilla casserole, which are always disastrous.
