  We have a weekend membership and often come before 10am. There is rarely anyone there. After a commercial gym during the week, it's powerlifting heaven! And even when people do show up, the atmosphere is friendly and motivating.

  The gym is amazing and everything I personally would want as some who trains for weightlifting. Equipment is well kept, Environment is friendly but people are still there to train. I love it. Transitioning from a commercial gym to this is like a night and day, have alot of good things to say about this place. Definitely go, it's affordable and has everything you'd need.

  First of all, the facility is new which means the equipment is clean and new, and they are always looking for ways to improve. Without mirrors everywhere, you can really focus on the lift without the distractions either. Another great feature of this S&S is that its open 24 hours a day. If you're like me and have a job that has odd/inconsistent hours (including a lot of nights) and can't find a good time to go to the gym, this is GOLD.
