  Terrible customer service. I run a restaurant and bar at a private golf club. 2 years in a row it has taken over a month and still haven't received my order. Cancelled order both times. How can you run a business that doesn't provide the service they are in business to do!!!! The worst please look elsewhere and save your time.

  This is my second time I visit the store and let me tell you, the service provided to me was amazing. My first visit was a couples of months and I was in need of some uniforms for my co-workers and I. I used all my resources to look up for a near by uniform store. I went on the web and found S&H as one of my options. I saw their opening and closing period, reviews and once I saw their number, I immediately called them. I asked them if they carry any Carhartt which they did and asked them what time they open and close. It only took a minute to get all my questions answers and had great customer service. Once I got to the store, the cashiers welcomed me and asked if I needed any help. Once I told them I had previously called, they already had me written down in their notes and attended to my needs. Like any other store, you have the fitting room and lots of clothing options with bonus custom embroidery and silk screening options. There were also lots of boot options and some accessories. Overall, my experience was great. I do admit, as a SINGLE FATHER of 2 and having two jobs, its hard to find TIME. However, no matter if I have one or a million responsibilities, as a MAN, I found a way to make time in between stuff. It does matter if you are an undocumented landscaper or a U.S. Citizen First Responder, we are all humans and we are all equal, no matter if you have certified job or not. So for those who keep whinning, shut up and man up or woman up because the world is the way it is because of people who do nothing but whine and complain about their lives. We are where we are and how we are because of the good and bad consequences of our decisions. Who ever disagree, you can just ignore this and continue with your miserable life

  Poor customer service. They try to close the store earlier than 6:00. As a first responder that almost never gets out on time. Usually we are mandated to work over our supposed clock out time. I’ve been mandated 1,2,3 hours over my end time regularly. At times I work at white plains EMS staying overtime to serve the city of white plains and its establishments like S&H lol. So for them to rush you out 10minutes or more before the store closes is disappointing. In the changing room they announced that the changing room will close in 15 minutes. As 2-3 minutes passed and they said the fitting room will close now and they shut off the lights on me while I was in the fitting room leaving me in the dark. They only give the first responder discount if you mention it. But even When in full uniform, they do not mention or apply the discount. I went there in full uniform (NYS-EMS) and purchased stuff and the discount wasn’t applied. I asked why it wasn’t applied. So she said I had to mention it before hand verbally. I have patches on my shoulders and my back. I’m sure it was already implied by my NYS-EMS patch. But still no discount. If this is how they treat their local First Responders. Do you think they will treat you better? Would you give your hard earned money to an establishment that treat their customers like that? Nah fam. Do not come here. Search out for other places.

  The staff are nice, but the police off the store is ridiculeis!!!! II will never be back to that place!!! If you buy any thing there , and have to return, they don't give your money back, just a credit from the store!!! This is a way to rip of people!!!

  I enjoy shopping at S & H. Wide selection professional staff good prices. Where else can you get allthat under one roof. No where. I've been doing it for 35 years i would know. Thank you. Please keep up the good work.
