  My car was hit by a Ryder truck a few weeks back and the company was nearly impossible to get on the phone, as I was forced to leave messages and rarely hear back from them. After being told an adjuster would come look at my car, I called a week later to find out when they would be coming and, again, left another message. Without a phone call back, I received a letter today saying that Ryder would not be paying for it. I will never use this company in the future and I am outraged with their terrible claims service and lack of respect for my situation. While it will not be an expensive fix, it is certainly not my responsibility to pay for it. I do not recommend Ryder.
