  I would have loved to leave a good review because these guys seem like genuinely good and nice people, which they are....but they gave me an RV with a dead house battery and when initially checking it out, the maintenance tech told me that he needed to look into why the generator was having a hard time starting without he vehicle engine running. It didn't take me but about five minutes to figure out that the battery was dead when I had it home and stocked up my weekend supplies and none of the lights worked without the generator running. I took about two hours out of my trip to replace their battery and the owner assured me that my time would be compensated or acknowledged. Nope. It took Martha over a month after I returned it to refund my deposit ($500.00) and give me a final invoice, which I asked for about 6 times. They ended up mailing me a separate check, just for my cost of the battery. Not even a "thank you" for fixing our RV. Lastly: The RV that I rented, a Coachman Freelander, while newer, was in poor shape. All of the particle board wood cabinets were water damaged and the "mattress" on the bed was one of the worst things I'd ever slept on. The shower door was not able to be closed without forcing it because the rollers were so messed up. You really can't have these lower quality units in a rental fleet for 60K+ miles. They are not made for that kind of wear. I would also suggest that they stock the RV with some components that are needed normally: Broom, extra trash bags; lighters, matches, basic cooking utensils and pans.

  Me and my group have rented units from RV Rentals USA for the last 3 years, and I must say I have thoroughly enjoyed my dealings with this company. Martha and her crew provide great customer service. If your looking to rent an RV (large or small).....give them a call , you won't be disappointed!!!!!

  Our girls softball team was planning on camping out the weekend of May 15, 2015, so I reserved a 19' RV from RV Rentals. Due to the crazy amount of rain that the campgrounds (Hamm Creek) had received in the past week we decided that it was no longer safe to have our campout. It was past the point of me being able to get my $250 deposit back due to the companies policy. Upon me cancelling my reservation 2 day prior to our trip I was refunded my deposit without question even thought they could have kept my deposit. We will absolutely do business here in the future and appreciate the no hassle cancellation. Cheers to a great local Cleburne business!
