  my credit isnt terrible and yet it isnt perfect either....when i arrived at this location i was greeted w a smile-the sales person listened to my needs and then showed me not one or two but several trailer options and took the time to show me how each one was different- he was very knowledgeable and very patient w me. the whole process of getting approved was a breeze( i had been turned down more than once for my not exactly perfect credit so i was very nervous). I would recommend anyone that is looking for a camper to check this place out- they have a large selection and a variety of stuff and getting financed was easy and a relief...rv depot thank you -

  Many of the trailers had broken slideouts or were missing furniture like couches and dining chairs. I was told the missing furniture wouldn’t be replaced. Others smelled horribly! There was one that was missing the battery and both propane tanks. They offered no discount and I was told that, if they had the propane tanks, they’d put them in. If they didn’t, we’d have to get our own. In the same 5th Wheel, I was told not to open the refrigerator because it was filled with rotten food left over from the previous owner and no one wanted to clean it out. Didn’t really need the warning. The whole trailer smelled like rotten meat and spoiled milk since it was left in the fridge in a camper that was about 98 degrees inside. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. We left there and went to another dealer who actually listened to what we needed and got us into a Class A Motorhome with a smaller down payment, and a lower monthly payment, than RV Depot wanted for a bumper pull! I do not recommend this place at all!

  Kendrick is my sales rep and he is an outstanding sales rep for this or any other company. You better hold on to this guy because he is a great asset to you and to this company. He is knowledgeable, kind, respectful and courteous.

  This was an amazing place of business. This was our first time buying a travel trailer. From the minute we walked in Ken the salesman made us feel extremely comfortable. On the day we went it was below freezing and raining and he took the time to walk with us out in the weather showing us several campers until we found the one we loved. He was very knowledgeable about the products. The entire process was extremely easy. They were laid back and really helped us to get in to an amazing camper. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience and making us owners of our beautiful camper.
