  This is the worst Accounting firm my company has dealt with in New York. He lies to his clients and overcharges three times the normal rate for basic accounting work. He makes up work to inflate his exorbitant billable hours charges. The work is sub par and full of mistakes. Norman Rutta is completely unprofessional, rude, and says offensive things. I'm thinking of reporting him to AICPA.
