  Ruth is amazing instructor after I been in few Pilates studio she is the most professional the studio have small group which she can give personal attention to each & everyone in the class in 4 weeks I started to see amazing result with my back pain my shape getting better every day  thanks to the special class Ruth’s  doing in her studio

  I started coming to Ruth for lower back pain and she made miracles! Not only I’m not in pain anymore, her excersizes makes me feel energized and fresh. I highly recommend her!

  It's a group class with a 1 on 1 feeling. Every class has different levels. The classes are never boring, with new moves every time.
