  The staff was very helpful and assisted me with finding the right gift for my wife. I understand RC is loved but the quality of the product does not really justify the price...it feels more like we are buying the name and jumping on the craze. But, my wife loves the jewelry. Jewelry 3 stars and staff 5 stars.

  Beautiful, stylish cuffs! So fun to put stacks together! Customer service is amazing and there are always lots of great sales.

  Nice jewelry. Not the friendliest clerk. Did not like the on-street parking, but I think there is also parking behind the building.

  I have been a long time RC fan this was my first visit to the new store. I love how personable and helpful the staff is. I only have one bracelet left do to theft and can't start that over but like I said it's fun and there's always something new.
