  My experience was always pleasant until they hired their new office manager, Docine. This is when my experience went down hill. After a series of clerical mistakes, that would have cost me over five thousand dollars if I had not done Docine’s job, I was finally able to get a full refund. This is after taking four hours away from my job to pin point all the clerical errors and literally take control of the office manager’s keyboard and mouse to perform her duties. This office manager hung up on me on a number of occasions, left me on hold numerous times and has even had the nerve to laugh to my face about the whole situation. Unbelievable how ignorant and lazy this person is. I would not recommend this place. Very very unprofessional...
