  As usual, Russell's work was excellent, on time and more than reasonable. Can't say enough good things about this place. Been using them for 15 years with great results every time i needed them. Thank you.

  They turned a traumatic situation into a very pleasurable experience, My vehicle was involve in an accident and the tow company towed my vehicle to Russells Auto Body, I was greeted by the shop owner who immediately made me feel assuring, They happened to be a Direct Repair Facility for my insurance company (Allstate) which made the process incredibly easy, They set up a rental for me and i was on my way. I got my 2015 Nissan Altima back better than i bought it, It had an annoying noise since it was new that was no longer there after the repair. I HIGHLY recommend Russells Auto Body, Their facility is State of the Art and the cleanest and neatest you will ever see !

  Took my truck there to get a paint bubble fix charge me $500 ...look good though my problem was fix but it came back 2 weeks later...same area but 2 more bubble..due to rust building underneath the paint took it back they fix it at no charge to find out later the problem was still there....they told me that there have to cut the metal and replace with new panel is going to be like $600.....to find out 4weeks later the problem got worse...I couldn't believe how a big bodyshop do business..... have to go find a body shop that knows how to deal with rust.....
