  I purchased the SharkCopier SATA DVD/CD Duplicator with 250 GB HDD in January 2011. The unit operated fine for about 10 months with light use. Maybe coping 20 CD's or DVD's a month. Then the master tray began to hang up when opening - a minor nuisance but perhaps an indication of the quality. Then some of the Master Discs would not duplicate. Then the unit would not make multiple copies from the same master. Once you made the first set of copies, you would have to completey shut down and restart the machine in order to make another set of copies. The machine was returned for service in January 2012. It came back with the same issues even though the paper work said repaired. The tech's say now that it is out of the warranty period so I will have to pay round trip postage and pay for parts to have it repaired for the same items that were not satisfactory when I sent it back during the warranty period. When you do send back an item, it takes more than a couple of weeks to get the service. Overall this has been a bad experience with the equipment and the service. I strongly suggest you purchase a cheaper brand that will probably work better in the long run and you can just afford to trash it when it quits.
