::BUYER BEWARE: I have spent hundreds of not thousands of dollars at this place, and recommended it to people, but no more. I was very dissipointed by a @$49.00 āArm-pocketā phone holder product. āYou love it, very comfortableā the salesmenās said.Took it to the gym and Well I didnāt like it. It did not fit my arm, wasnt sensitive when I pressed home key on my iPhone. However when I went to return it the next day the sales clerk said the store would not take back or even offer to exchange āsorry you have to have the packagingā. The packaging? Not the receipt but the packaging! What a bullsh@t policy. So much for customer always right! Maybe a warning when you buyā hay if you donāt like it you can return IF YOU HOLD ON TO THE PACKAGING. Left the product on the counter realizing I just threw away $50.00.

::Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you're shopping for new running shoes, bring an old pair of shoes (ideally running shoes, but normal day-to-day shoes will work too) as they'll use them to help determine which type of running shoe they think will work best for you.

::The manager was very helpful and saved me a lot of money by putting me in an older model without telling me until checkout

::The staff here is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They're engaged in the running community and offer advice and recommendations. They also are the starting point for twice weekly group runs.

::Super friendly and helpful staff ā an adequate selection of merchandise. I've always had my questions answered there and have found them to be quite helpful. The selection isn't awesome though, at least as far as men's running clothing goes and some other accessories. Like most clothing stores, women seem to fair better with a much bigger selection and bigger variety ā men just seem to get the essentials, and that's it. Convenient parking off to the side, and I've never had an issue with having to park on the street ā even on some of the more busy days when picking up a chip packet for a race.
