  They produce quality work with minor imperfections. I've ordered 2 rings in the past and they both came within a month. I just ordered a 3rd ring this time for my wife and its been a Month already and still no updated status change. She's been checking the mail every week and still nothing has came yet. I just wish they would be honest with me and reply to my emails about a realistic time frame in which my wife will receive her ring. So here's a piece of friendly advice.
