  Usually Ruler on South Grand is great, but there is one manager (a skinny, kind of scruffy, middle-aged white guy) who is really awful to customers, and treats black customers especially badly. Tonight he screamed at a guy and accused him of stealing, and when the cashier confirmed the customer had indeed bought his groceries, the manager refused to apologize and continued to accuse the customer of being a thief. He is alienating large portions of the neighborhood, and he needs to either stop being a racist a**hole (unlikely), or he needs to be fired.

  The staff there are super nice and helpful, definitely the lowest prices anywhere they put Walmart to shame!

  This is definitely a gem of a store. They sell mostly Kroger brand foods. Why only 3 stars? Because it's like Aldi's: there's not a lot of variety, and there is some weird. Their sales are awesome, but I don't shop here regularly.

  Great way to put Kroger back in St Louis. Very competitive prices, well staffed and very helpful. There were probably 2-3items I'll have to find elsewhere but all in all worth the trip I will be coming back.

  This place is usually quiet and the prices are amazing. Because of the low overhead, they can keep their prices low, but you won't find too much name brand stuff. Thankfully there Kroger brand stuff is good.
