  I received an email stating my order shipped 13 days ago and I contacted them only to find out that it did NOT ship like it said it did. I have called an additional 2 times trying to get a tracking number. I was told it would be sent to me through text and it wasnt. This is a Christmas gift. I am very disappointed! No one has called me at all about this!!

  Excellent selection of Oriental /Persian rugs at an amazingly reasonable prices. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Recommend the gallery to all my friends.

  I had a delivery issue. They were very helpful and were able to ship me a new one almost immediately.
