::Great beer selection and food. The bartenders are friendly and helpful. Great upstairs band area with the best punk rock bands!

::The bar area is very small compared to the size of the place so service can be quite slow. That being said, the staff was all very friendly and personable. This is more of a dive bar so if you're into fancy and trendy places you will not like it here. One perk to this place is the ample parking lots.

::We seen the place was dog friendly and came in. They said we were to take the dog to the patio which is understandable. My bf went back in to order and get a menu and there were a fluffy dog roaming off leash. Presumably the owners since the bartender didn't mind it. Once we sat and looked at the menu it was way overpriced.

::A Houston institution for sure, located in the heart of Montrose. Sad that they recently took the Patty Melt off of their menu, but any of their burgers will not disappoint. A fantastic venue to see live music as well, with great sound and a nice intimate setting upstairs. Perfect for a casual friend meet-up after work, or an afternoon beer just the same.

::A cozy little pub a few blocks off the main drag. We found this gem by accident while on a walk. Stopped by for dinner and drinks and were glad we did. Good beer selection and prices are quiet reasonable. It's busy without being too crowded. Regulars will strike up a conversation with a new face. Great music playing. All around an awesome spot and highly recommend. Beware, the chicken wings are hot!
