  Slow and couldn't get our orders right. Couldn't get a hamburger cooked correct the way we asked.

  Got to our table and the table was sticky. Asked our server to clean it for us and she cleaned it and she was so tall her head knocked off the vinyl cover on the lightbulb above our table and then SHE JUST WALKED AWAY! My boyfriend picked it up and put it back on. Then our server happened to walk by and she said "oh is everything okay? I saw that fall" (then why didn't you help put it back on?). The service was slow, when we got our food is was room temperature and tasted like it had been microwaved. Then to get our server to being the check and process the payment took another half hour! It was ridiculous! We will never be back.

  Great service at the normal hrs.. All severs and bartenders are very nice and willing to please

  My favorite Ruby Tuesdays to visit. Conveniently located in the Galleria Mall. Excellent service and food is prepped well. When it's just me I usually eat at the bar. My fave menu item used to be a 3-piece appetizer sampler which included hot wings. It was discontinued much to my dissatisfaction.
