  Food is always great. The lunch all you can eat sushi is a GREAT value. Love this place.

  Ru San’s is a fun place to go and have sushi! They get busy on the weekends and around dinner time during the week days as well so be prepared for a wait! They have a huge selection of sushi and you can create your own sushi roll! You won’t be disappointed if you visit this place! I always recommend it to those visiting Charlotte. This is a low key kind of place so dress casual.

  Extensive variety of sensational sushi rolls. Fresh ingredients. Plated with an eye for aesthetics. No frills. Relaxed environment. No non-carbonated drinks. Sodas are served in the can.

  Always a great time at lunch! I love the variety and the freshness. Getting in with a group may mean a small wait but they get you seated fairly quick. The service is great and I've always had great food at lunch. I haven't been there for dinner but I've heard nothing but great things about dinner service as well. Give this place a chance of you are in the area and want great sushi.

  If you stop by at lunch time you will always find that this place is packed. The sushi buffet is the freshest you'll find this side of the Mississippi River. You'll go grab a plate of sushi, then when you return for seconds, the whole buffet has been replaced with new rolls because it is just that good. Or you can be fancy & order from the menu. They have everything even Urchin! They even have a great drink selection! Tea? Got it Sake? Got it! Tea flavoured sake? Got it! The prices won't break the bank either! The staff is friendly & they absolutely know what they are doing. If you are a sushi fan, & you haven't been to Ru San's, what are you even doing with your life?
