  Thank you very much for coming out immediately and fixing my kitchen sink. The employee was very efficient and worked quickly. I was so glad to have everything up and running. My biggest complaint is The price.... $425 to snake a line???? I was taken aback by that amount. Unfortunately I had to pay it, had no other choice.

  I rate the service very poorly. Not only did the person on the phone take advantage due to the fact he realized I was a woman and knew nothing about the work I required on my outside pipe. I explained to him what my issue was but told him I wasn’t too sure but was assuming my entire piping outside needed changing for my hose to work efficiently! He made it seem as if a worker would come out to take a look let me know the issue, basically a consultation. They sent someone out who did a 5 min temporary fix that I had to pay $312 Bucks for. When I asked him would I have the same issue I initially called them for being that he did a temporary fix he said Yes! I then said why wasn’t the entire pipe changed like I asked and how much would that be he said they charge $275 an hour so I would be paying additional $275 an hour although I already paid $312 for a fix I did not ask for! Still after all this I still DO NOT have the results I was expecting!

  My bathroom sink was completely clogged and leaking from the main pipe. I tried plunging it and putting in drain cleaner for 2 days, but it didn't work. I made an appointment with Roto-Rooter via their website for the 12pm - 4pm time window. The plumber came at 12:15pm and was finished by 12:40pm. I no longer have a clogged sink or a leak. Everything is working perfectly and I am very happy!

  Very (!!) impressive Roto-Rooter jetting truck arrived about 6 PM. I explained the situation of a clogged pipe that collects all the rain water from the house gutters that goes around the house. The technician (Tony Casella) explained the options for service very well and decided on a course of action accessing the pipe from an open drain. Tony was able to deploy the equipment immediately again explaining exactly what he was doing (I'm an engineer so I was asking a lot of questions :) The jet made its way down the pipe and seemed to be working on the clog. It sounded like it broke through so we tested the drain flow and it worked! - All in about 1/2 hour! Good job! I was impressed.

  Service Call #1, Had a terrible septic back-up into my home. I scheduled via the web-site that night for next day service. I received a call first thing that a Technician would be arriving with in an hour. The Technician (Ernesto) was polite, clean, and thorough. He was able to craw under the house into the Craw space, locate my main trap (installed in 1920) and clean it out. He also showed me a live video feed of the condition of my existing sanitary line to my tank. It was in terrible shape. Since my line runs under a very expensive rock wall and 40 to the tank, I really did not want to dig it out. He was able to offer a solution of relining the existing clay pipe and offered a fifty year warranty on the repair. I will be having the RR Plumbing Roto-Rooter, 1111 Calhoun Ave perform the reline asap and will not hesitate to call them back for any reason.
