  Do not go to this man. My regular mechanic warned me not to go there without him but I went to get my car inspected. He said NY requires no tint on cars but that was false, also said I needed new rear brakes, another mechanic says I need front brakes. Now, like magic my brakes start making noise. Too much of a coincidence for me.
