  Si hubieras 0 estrellas, les daria 0. Estos "agentes" son unos estafadores. Si vas a buscar el seguro de medicaid que vale $365.Te cobran $100 extra supuestamente por un seguro de gruas que nunca has pedido y de el cualnunca te han hablado. Mucha falta de profesionalismo y honestidad en esta agencia. No se las recomiendo

  LA OFICINA MAS FALTA DE RESPETO, NO CONTESTAN EL TELEFONO Y SI TE CONTESTAN Y TE PIDEN UN MINUTO ,MEJOR CUELGA , SI VEZ EN LA INTERNET QUE ESTAN SERVICIO HASTA LAS CINCO ,MEJOR OLVIDALO , SI LE RECLAMAS A UN REPRESENTANTE TE DICE QUE NO SABE NADA DE ESO , CINISMO TOTAL .

  This place is a fraud, i went in for a simple medicaid insurance plan which is 360 for the year and 185 the first 6 month payment. i was charged 285.... 100$ of a towing and rental fee that i never agreed to. i only found this out after making a claim to the state. (should be no stars) The one working on my insurance policy was also albert, which never notified me of the extra fees i never agreed to, he will hopefully be losing his license soon for fraud. He didn't even get my name right on the policy.

  Today I visited this place for my car insurance. From all the agencies Ive been Royale Insurance gave me the best quote for my car. The assistant manager Albert was very helpful to me, this was my first time getting an insurance so he was very patient and explained all to me, gave me the options and help me to choose. The process was smooth and without delays. They are open till 8pm which i think it is great. I am a very happy client.
