  Royal Oak is currently doing my kitchen and bathroom renovations. Both were totally gutted. I was told 6-8 weeks to complete. The project has been progressing well and in a timely fashion. They do excellent work. The owner is extremely personable and very helpful. Any questions I have, he immediately answers; he even makes suggestions when I'm having difficulty deciding. I keep adding projects on to the original plan, and they are very accommodating. It's almost week 6, and I can see that the end is near. Looks like they may be totally done in week 7. I'm so excited to see how beautiful everything is coming out. Can't wait to be able to use these new rooms! I'll post pictures when they are totally done. I will definitely have them back for future projects and have highly recommended them to a few friends, who are also hiring them. I highly recommend Royal Oak Construction!

  I had them come to my house about seven years ago to do a complete rip out of my roof and gutters gutters are pitched wrong Oldhamtold him he said i will send someone out they said they are fine so thecboss said there is nothing he could do had to gey someone else their to fix now my roof is leaking he said I did that seven years ago not my responsibility I will send somebody up there this week and give you an estimate never sent anybody up never gave me a call back when Up on the Roof myself found out they put about 2 inches of roofing tar. So i did it myself

  Excellent job on a large scale home renovation project...will be hiring them again in the future.

  Lousy. I should have written this immediately. The shower hinge is crooked, grout has mistakes, bath seat is crooked, scratches on my tub, 6 boxes of tile left over, the wrong toilet flusher installed and everything took much longer than expected. At one point, the workers didn't understand the installation directions for the shower door and couldn't get their boss on the phone. Those are just the highlights. Never again.
